Bare rooted plants are a cheap and convenient way to purchase plants. For starters, they are relatively cheaper than those plants sold in pots. Transportation is cheaper, due to the fact that there is no weight of potting mix and pots.

WaterWise Gardening

Watering your garden, should never be a mere matter of just slinging a bit of water about, making things wet. There must be a method to watering, as in actually getting the water to where it is needed, namely on the plants. Not on the drive-way, the side of the house, or left for the wind to carry away.
